More than just a traditional BA or Systems Analyst role, this iconic retail house is seeking a Business Solutions leader who is motivated by more than (and has moved beyond) requirements gathering and delivery support, and can demonstrate true business partnering and end-to-end ownership of systems . This role will be initially focussed on working with the areas of Merchandise, Finance, Supply Chain to solve real business problems through technology, automation and ai. You will partner closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can drive real commercial outcomesand then own those solutions post implementation to monitor performance, usage, usability and areas for continual improvement. What you’ll be doing Partnering with business leaders to identify and solve underlying business problems using technology Owning systems end-to-end: solution shaping, implementation, adoption, performance monitoring and continuous improvement Driving change management, training and optimisation to ensure systems deliver measurable value Managing technical vendors and offshore delivery partners with confidence and accountability What we’re looking for Someone who has outgrown the “BA” label and can demonstrate full ownership of one or more business systems Strong business partnering capability — trusted, commercial and outcome-focused Someone who can demonstrable experience being the only person delivering, and solving business problems. we're looking for big cogs in small machines, not the other way round Retail experience strongly preferred (Merchandise, ERP, OMS, eCommerce or POS), though adjacent or other industries will be considered Experience in SME or evolving environments — comfortable where structure exists and where it doesn’t.
